What You Do ?
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by providing tailored real estate solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends and property prices.
- Conduct site visits with potential clients to showcase properties and answer inquiries.
- Attend and assist clients during site visits, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.
- Prepare and present property sales documents, including purchase agreements and contracts.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, addressing their real estate needs and providing after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting properties.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities, and update sales reports.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and clients.
What You Need :
- Ability to travel for property site visits and client meetings (self-owned vehicle is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
