Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by providing tailored real estate solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends and property prices.
  • Conduct site visits with potential clients to showcase properties and answer inquiries.
  • Attend and assist clients during site visits, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.
  • Prepare and present property sales documents, including purchase agreements and contracts.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, addressing their real estate needs and providing after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting properties.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities, and update sales reports.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and clients.

Candidate Profile

  • Ability to travel for property site visits and client meetings (self-owned vehicle is a plus)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
